Watching Star Trek
July 16th, 2013Recently started watching Star Trek: TNG and boy do I love it so far. My first exposure to Star Trek was the 2009 movie, so I thought the show was going to be like that as well. It was totally not, and really awesome in a way I wasn’t expecting.
I’m so glad! Coming from someone who watched the original star trek’s first, watching the movies is practically offensive. I was, in fact, highly offended at what the movies turned out to be.
Or I would have been, if I hadn’t been playing a JJ Abrams drinking game. (take a shot for each dramatic effect.)
As you might guess, I don’t really remember that day very much.
