It may be that I just watch too much anime,… but cliches have been…. more prominent? I’m not trying to be an ass, I’m really not! I know me personally, I run things through other people so they can call me out on things like this. I’ve found a lot of the time, in writing, you may not know that you’re perpetuating tropes, or over doing cliches. Right? I’m sorry.
The herald must have somehow killed Marina. My support is that Koral said “I’m sorry, Tortu. It’s just that whenever you talk about your test, I relive the day she died.” ‘She’ is probably Marina and if the herald “took something dear’ from Tortu, and Tortu asked Marina out and Marina died, the “something dear” is probably marina and the hippocampus caused her death.
